Lauren Fairchild Au.D., CCC-A, F-AAA
Doctor of Audiology
My passion for hearing health care has been inspired by watching patients regain their ability to communicate with loved ones.
When I was searching for a career path early in my education, I realized that I wanted to work in a field where I could help people communicate. As a result, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in communication disorders at Central Michigan University and Doctor of Audiology at Wayne State University.
At Lifestyle Hearing we are committed to making a difference in the lives of our patients. We do this by investing in state-of-the-art trainings as well as the most effective hearing aid fitting software and real-ear measurement systems available.
Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy spending time outdoors and being with family and friends. I also love to be with our rescue dog Roxy. The sound of Roxy running to greet me at the end of the day is one of my biggest joys!
Sonya Bowers, Au.D.
Doctor of Audiology
I like to take a complete medical approach when treating hearing loss and tailor every treatment plan for my patients’ lifestyle and hearing loss.
I grew up in Coldwater, Michigan and received my Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in communication science and disorders from Central Michigan University in 2014. In 2018, I received my Doctor of Audiology (Au.D) from Wayne State University.
I now specialize in hearing assessments and hearing aid treatment. I have advanced programming skills with the top hearing aid manufacturers and am educated on state-of-the-art technology.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with friends and family on the lake, hiking and kickboxing!
Kristy Tyner
Patient Care Coordinator and Audiology Assistant
I am the friendly face at the front desk. I love to make patients smile and have the best possible experience with our office.
My dream has always been to work in the medical field helping others. I joined the Lifestyle Hearing team February 2015 as the Patient Care Coordinator. I have recently become certified as an audiology assistant, and love working hands-on with patients.
My husband and I have three dogs: two black labs named Hank and Waylon, and a terrier mix named Lillie. I love spending time with my family, going camping, going off-roading, being outdoors, and enjoying our pontoon boat on the lake in the summer.
Rachel Wojcik
Patient Care Coordinator/CPOP/ Sleep Study Coordinator
I have worked in the medical field ever since I graduated from high school.
Music and concerts are an important part of my life. I also love to travel. There is nothing I like better than packing my bags and going off to explore a new place. My second home, which is the place where I spend most of my free time, is at my family’s cottage in Houghton Lake. I enjoy spending as much time as I can laughing with family and friends. Hearing them laugh make me feel great! In addition to my family and friends, I have a German shepherd, Shadow, who means the world to me.
